What is your return policy?
Honey Baby Naturals accepts returns for unopened product and will refund full price once the return has been shipped and received. 

 

Customer may return the package to the designated shipping address, and cover the shipping fee for returning the package only if our customer service department has authorized the return. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions in regards to returning an item. Any orders returned to our facilities without receiving authorization first will not receive a refund or exchange.

How do you ship your products?
Honey Baby Naturals ship using USPS and Priority Mail for orders over 1 lb. Please allow 2-3 days for order processing and 2-3 days for shipping.  The full turnaround time is approximately 5 - 7 days.
